William Li

William Li is the Founder & Principal of Berkshire Strategy Group LLC.

Li is an accomplished senior executive with a proven track record for building brands, leading teams, and driving revenue and profit growth. With a unique ability to leverage his vast global network across the worlds of retail, design, fashion, media, art and culture, Li connects synergistic brands to create powerful partnerships for clients. 

Most recently, Li was the Global Brand President of Ralph Lauren Home.  In this role, Li was responsible for the overall stewardship and P&L of the Ralph Lauren Home brand, including oversight of design, merchandising, sales, licensing, marketing, and public relations.

Prior to his tenure at Ralph Lauren, Li was a seasoned and highly-regarded publishing executive with Condé Nast Publications. During his 15 years at Condé Nast, William was the publisher of two of the most noteworthy magazine launches in recent publishing history; Men’s Vogue and Condé Nast Portfolio. Other positions at Condé Nast included the Associate Publisher role at several of the company’s most prestigious and important titles; The New Yorker, House and Garden, and Condé Nast Traveler.

William is the Emmy-nominated co-host and producer of Lucky Chow, a PBS culinary series that explores Asian culture through the lens of food. He also continues to indulge his passion for storytelling through his roles as Contributing Editor for Elle Decor and Town & Country, where he writes about food, design, and culture.
